Diagnosing Gaps In Presentation Development
The Chugai Pharmabody Admin team produces presentations that circulate across departments and support management decision-making. Their work involves translating updates, metrics, and new initiatives into slides that are both informative and easy to digest.
With frequent reliance on these presentations, the team wanted to streamline their process, make their visuals more compelling, and ensure key messages landed with clarity and impact.
Inculcating a new process of Developing Presentations
The team frequently encountered challenges when creating slides with complex tables, charts, and data sets. Presentations often became cluttered, making it difficult for stakeholders to quickly grasp the key points.
They needed a way to translate data into visually engaging slides, streamline their presentation workflow, and ensure messaging was immediately clear to diverse audiences.

Hands-on frameworks to make presentations visually compelling
We ran a practical, interactive session tailored to Chugai’s templates, branding, and internal requirements. Participants worked on real examples pre-prepared by the trainer and practiced converting data-heavy slides into visually effective presentations.
The workshop ended with a live exercise where the team built a presentation in PowerPoint, applying new techniques immediately. Learners received feedback throughout, helping them refine visuals, layout, and narrative flow in real time.

Practical skills for impactful and efficient presentations
By the end of the workshop, the team was able to create slides that were clear, visually appealing, and aligned with the company’s brand. Participants gained confidence in building presentations that communicate key messages effectively and engage internal stakeholders
