A global catering leader seeking a clearer sales story
Sodexo is a global leader in food services and facilities management, offering comprehensive catering solutions across institutions and corporate environments. While its capabilities were extensive, its sales deck did not clearly reflect this in a structured and digestible manner.
The team at Sodexo recognised that in order to win competitive pitches more effectively, their presentation needed to be clearer, more modular, and visually aligned with the quality of their offerings.

Turning an overloaded deck into a focused sales narrative
Sodexo’s existing pitch deck contained a wealth of information, but it had grown lengthy and difficult to navigate over time. Slides were often assembled on a case-by-case basis, requiring significant reconfiguration and editing for each new client pitch. The result was a deck that felt cluttered, inconsistent, and difficult for both presenters and customers to process.
Creating a new sales deck aligned to customer priorities
Through in-depth strategy workshops with Sodexo’s core team, we identified the primary decision drivers customers aligned with and prioritised these within the new narrative. Across various sales pitches, we also assisted them in preparing on-brand materials and stories that resulted in more deals won.
Pitch Restructuring
We reorganised the sales deck into clearly defined, modular sections that reflected Sodexo’s key offerings, making the story easier to follow and simplifying the editing process for internal team members.
Updated Sales Messaging
We streamlined the key messages within the sales deck, removing redundant details and rebalancing slides to ensure that key information surfaced clearly. This allowed presenters to guide conversations more confidently while making it easier for customers to understand Sodexo’s differentiated value.
Elevating Presentation Visuals
We refreshed the deck’s visual look to convey a sense of professionalism, while placing greater emphasis on food - Sodexo’s source of pride. The updated visual style created a more appetising and appealing presentation, reinforcing Sodexo’s positioning as the choice partner for fresh, nutritious meals.
