Inculcating a new process of Developing Presentations

The team frequently encountered challenges when creating slides with complex tables, charts, and data sets. Presentations often became cluttered, making it difficult for stakeholders to quickly grasp the key points.

They needed a way to translate data into visually engaging slides, streamline their presentation workflow, and ensure messaging was immediately clear to diverse audiences.

We ran a practical, interactive session tailored to Chugai’s templates, branding, and internal requirements. Participants worked on real examples pre-prepared by the trainer and practiced converting data-heavy slides into visually effective presentations.

The workshop ended with a live exercise where the team built a presentation in PowerPoint, applying new techniques immediately. Learners received feedback throughout, helping them refine visuals, layout, and narrative flow in real time.
