What is HRDF Claimable Training?
HRD Corp claimable training (formerly SBL-Khas, under HRDF) lets registered Malaysian employers use their mandatory human resources levy to fund staff upskilling, typically with no additional out-of-pocket cost, subject to grant approval and submission through the official e-TRiS portal. Through our HRD Corp registered training partner Payboy Sdn. Bhd., HighSpark’s specialised programmes in presentation skills, business storytelling and leadership communication include three approved claimable courses under the HRD Corp Claimable Courses scheme, with nine more completing registration.
Check If Your Company Can Claim
Most levy-registered Malaysian employers can claim HighSpark training through HRD Corp.
Levy left unclaimed for 24 months may be forfeited under Section 25 of the PSMB Act. Don't let your levy expire.

Visual Persuasion
Design slides that argue for you. Your team learns the visual principles behind persuasive decks: hierarchy, contrast, focus and restraint, so every slide carries one clear idea instead of a wall of text. The result is presentations that look considered, feel effortless to follow and quietly build the case for your recommendation.

Effective Technical Communication
Turn technical accuracy into everyday clarity. Creative Negotiation
Negotiate for outcomes, not just concessions. Your team learns to uncover what the other side truly wants, expand the deal before dividing it and hold their position without damaging the relationship, walking out of high-stakes conversations with better terms and a partner who still wants to work with them.
